Recently, the Firm has filed two class action lawsuits on behalf of pet owners in Canada relating to problems associated with pet food. The class actions involve Royal Canin Canada Company and Menu Foods Income Fund and Menu Foods Limited. The matter involving Menu Foods is currently proceeding to a Certification Motion before the Superior Court of Justice in Ontario. Certification is expected within the next few months.
